Inteligencia - Intelligence

La inteligencia es un arma de supervivencia, y una herramienta muy personal, ya que es diferente en cada persona, y hay tantas formas de inteligencia como personas en el mundo. Aunque muchos no acuerden, esta ligada a la creatividad; es la forma de encontrar una solución para cada problema nuevo, sea un problema practico o estético, sea una solución lógica o intuitiva. La inteligencia debería ser lo que define a una persona, su propia manera de lidiar con los problemas de la vida, su propia manera de tratar de encontrar una manera. No debería ser medida en números por medio de exámenes estándar. Al fin y al cabo, no importa de donde venimos, del privilegio o la pobreza, lo importante es cómo resolvemos los problemas que se nos presentan, con los recursos que se nos presentan.

Intelligence is a weapon of survival, and a very personal tool, for it is different in every person, and there are as many kinds of intelligence as people in the world. Even though many disagree, it is linked to creativity; it's a way to find a solution to each new problem, whether the problem is practical or esthetical, whether the solution is logical or intuitive. Intelligence should be what defines a person, her/his own way to deal with the problems of life, her/his own way to try to find a way. It shouldn't be measured in numbers by standardized tests. In the end, no matter where we come from, privilege or poverty, it's about how we solve the problems that are given to us, with the resources that are given to us.
